Why this program works
A nutritious lunchbox is an important part of a child's ability to learn, concentrate and stay engaged throughout the day.
For many children, transitioning to eating from a lunchbox can feel unfamiliar. This program provides a positive and supportive introduction - helping children feel confident and prepared.
Research shows when children:
-
Learn about food in a hands-on way
-
Understand how food fuels their body
-
Are involved in food choices
They are more likely to build healthy habits.
This program introduces the five food groups in a simple and engaging way- helping children understand how to create a balanced lunchbox.
