Menu need a refresh? Have your menu assessed by our qualified nutritionist. Our menu reviews are completed with reference to the current health guidelines for Early Childhood and Care Services.

Our Menu Review Service includes: 

  • Up to 4 weeks of your menu assessed according to current dietary guidelines

  • A comprehensive, personalised menu review report for your service

  • A 30 minute meeting with out nutritionist to discuss your menu report and work through changes together

Healthy Little Heroes delivers fun, hands-on nutrition programs that help young children build healthy habits for life. ​

Designed for Early Childhood Education services across Western Sydney and Sydney, our sessions are interactive and aligned with EYLF outcomes. 

 

We make healthy eating exciting- helping children feel confident trying around healthy food while supporting your centre's learning goals.
