All incursions booked through Healthy Little Heroes are subject to the following terms and conditions:

When booking an incursion with Healthy Little Heroes you agree and are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Healthy Little Heroes.

Additional travel costs may apply depending on your location. Base location is Richmond, NSW.

Discounts apply when booking multiple sessions

The Customer agrees to pay the total amount of the incursion within 14 business days after the activity date. Failure to pay the total amount owing by the due date will incur administration and late fees.

Delayed payments beyond the mentioned date on the Invoice/Statement attract a weekly late fee of AU $50. Unsettled or contested invoices may lead to involving Debt Collection or Legal services. All associated costs will be borne by the client.

To secure your preferred times, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.

All equipment, props and materials will be brought to the incursion by our team.

Cancellation within 5 days of the incursion requires full payment

Incursions can be rescheduled, please provide at least 2 weeks notice.

Healthy Little Heroes insists on maintaining necessary staff-student ratios during activities. We aim to offer enjoyable and secure experiences. Attendees should adhere to guidelines set by the venue or activity facilitator to ensure this commitment can be fulfilled.

The Customer agrees to notify Healthy Little Heroes of any food allergies or intolerances of children who will be attending Healthy Little Heroes incursions

Changes to these terms and conditions can be made by Healthy Little Heroes at their discretion.
