Why this program works

Children are more likely to try and enjoy healthy foods when they are exposed to them in a positive, pressure-free way.

Research shows:

  • Early eating habits carry into adulthood

  • Repeated exposure increases acceptance of new foods

  • Encouragement is more effective than pressure

Children often need multiple exposures before accepting new foods.

This program gives children a fun and supportive way to explore fruits and vegetables- helping build confidence with healthy food.

Did you know?

Less than 1% of children in Australia eat the recommended 4.5 serves of vegetables each day!*

"The concepts the children were engaged with were age-appropriate and interactive. The children enjoyed the mystery box and were eager to share the information with their families in the afternoon.
