Bonny

Founder & Program Facilitator

Meet Bonny, the heart and visionary creator behind Healthy Little Heroes! A passionate health educator and mum of 3, Bonny’s mission is to inspire healthy habits from the earliest years. She brings a unique ability to connect with children—lighting up every room she enters with her energy and love for teaching. Her dream? To raise a generation of little heroes who feel confident and are fuelled by healthy choices.

Bonny has worked in the Health Promotion/Health Education space for 10 years, working closely with early childhood services through the Munch & Move program. She is an experienced program facilitator and has a strong nutrition knowledge base.

Born and bred in the Hawkesbury, Bonny is devoted to her community. She is also a mum to 3 young children herself

Bec

Nutrition Program Facilitator

Bec is a qualified nutritionist with over a decade of experience and a lifelong passion for helping kids thrive. As a mum of two young girls and a current Master's student in Clinical Nutrition, Bec blends science with heart in everything she does. Bec has an engaging style, practical wisdom, and playful approach to health education. Whether she's teaching about rainbow foods, healthy lunchboxes or how food grows, Bec brings every lesson to life.

With a rich background in health, fitness and early childhood education, Gen brings both strength and sparkle to our team. She’s a proud mum of three, a movement enthusiast, and a natural educator who believes in the power of play-based learning.

Gen loves the way Healthy Little Heroes turns big health messages into fun, interactive experiences—and she can’t wait to inspire every little hero she meets. With her warm smile, Gen makes every session enjoyable, educational and memorable.
