Welcome to Healthy Little Heroes! We are passionate about helping children thrive and live happy, healthy and active lives.

We offer evidence-based programs to Preschools, Long Day Cares, Family Day Cares and Playgroups in western Sydney.

Our nutrition incursions are designed and delivered by qualified and experienced nutritionists.
