Meet Bonny, the founder of Healthy Little Heroes and facilitator of the “I can EAT a rainbow” program in western Sydney and Sydney.

Ask anyone she knows, she is passionate about raising healthy children in her community and beyond. She is an experienced health educator with a love for children. Watch her work her magic engaging a room of little ones and spreading her passion for healthy living!

Nutritionist

Bonny is a qualified children’s health nutritionist, having served over 6 years as a public health nutritionist, working with children and youth.

Child Educator

Bonny has an amazing way of working with children, with a warm smile, fun nature and always keeping them engaged as they learn!

Insight into ECEC and Health industries

She has extensive and unique knowledge of how best to join the complex worlds of health and ECEC settings. Bonny has worked closely with hundreds of Directors and Educators from many services to help implement healthy living messages in services.

Quality and Professionalism

Healthy Little Heroes prides itself in being a service to the community based on quality nutrition and health education. Bonny brings a high level of expertise and professionalism.

Local Mum

Born and bred in the Hawkesbury, Bonny is devoted to her community. She is also a mum to 2 young children herself.

Prior Munch & Move support officer

Working as a Munch & Move officer for NSW Health in western Sydney is one of the reasons Bonny is the perfect face for this program.

Passion for health and learning

Bonny has always had a love for food and understanding what it does in our body. She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science majoring in Human Nutrition and Nutrition and Physiology. Since then, she has gone on to study interest areas such as health literacy, leadership and management and research skills.

Bonny has a current Working with Children’s check certification and full COVID vaccination status.
